Learner Resource Development

Do you have the resources to deliver your own training programs but need help with program development? We can design learner resources in a range of formats including paper based, e-learning, distance and project based. Our expert course developers can advise you which method would be the most appropriate for your business.

In House Training Support

We can provide advice and assistance to you regarding the establishment and development of in-house training and assessment systems that meet the needs of your business. We can also help with facilitation (meetings, workshops etc), resource development, e learning approaches, training of workplace mentors or coaches, cultural awareness training, OH&S training.

Auspicing

If your business has a strong training culture with your own in house trainers, Western Sydney Institute may be able to grant a TAFE NSW qualification for that training. Once we are satisfied that your training meets the Australian Quality Training Framework standard requirements, we will grant the qualification. Financial Incentives for employers

We can advise and assist you to access Government incentives to provide much needed support for employing apprentices or trainees, training for experienced workers and a range of other funding sources that are available to business.
